HV22: Baileys Island Tidal Pool
"The east side of Baileys Island in midcoast Maine faces open ocean. The resulting battering waves have caused erosion on the rocky coastline leaving many tidal pools. This painting was based upon several photographs that I took when visiting the area.
The image used for printing is from a high-resolution scan of the original oil painting that I created on a 12" x 16" linen-covered wooden panel in 2023." -- Henry Vaughan
